A Note From Our Founder
In 2019 I found myself thinking about what I wanted my next work chapter to look like. I spent time reflecting on what mattered most to me, where I had found the most enjoyment in my career to date, what my strengths were, and how I might make a meaningful impact on the world. The outcome of that exploration was the launch of The LeaderSmith, a leadership development and executive coaching practice focused on helping leaders show up as their best selves and lead with more ease and impact.
The LeaderSmith has evolved over time and now includes an amazing cadre of professional coaches who each bring various specializations and areas of expertise. I couldn't be more grateful and humbled to partner with such incredible humans and be given the opportunity to expand our offering at LeaderSmith Group through their participation.
What hasn't changed over time is my commitment to helping leaders show up as their best selves, leading with more ease and impact. This is at the heart of why I do what I do and why I created LeaderSmith Group.
We are all on a journey of growth and discovery. As leaders, our commitment to that growth and discovery not only serves us, it serves everyone around us - those we lead, those we live with, those we interact with everyday.
